Foundation History

The origin of the foundation traces its roots to 2008, a year in which Devbridge, a professional services firm, started its operations in Chicago. After opening offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the team at Devbridge saw an opportunity to strengthen the skillset of university students by offering a highly competitive, free to attend academy (Sourcery Academy) that enabled participants to apply their skills to real world challenges for US clients. The program produced over 2,500 graduates over the course of last ten years.

Founding Members

The founding members are the original eight business partners from the professional services firm Devbridge. Upon the sale of business in 2021, this group of friends and business associates agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds and start Devbridge Foundation.
