The Devbridge Foundation aims to empower the next generation of leaders by supporting initiatives that strengthen entrepreneurship, expand access to knowledge, promote culture, and drive sustainable economic growth. A key part of our mission is uniting the global Lithuanian community and helping entrepreneurial networks connect with future changemakers.
We prioritize education-focused initiatives – especially those that use innovation and technology as well as generate sustainable, measurable, and broadly applicable added value. Our core commitment is to long-term programs that create lasting, scalable impact.
While we support a range of causes, our primary funding goes to efforts that reduce educational inequality and promote social inclusion for Lithuanians around the world. Children remain our central focus, as we believe early, preventative support leads to stronger, healthier societies in the future. This accounts for more than 90% of our charitable giving.
Access to innovative knowledge
We expand access to innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge - in Lithuania and globally - by partnering with organizations that share this vision and have the tools to bring it to life.
This activity focuses on breaking down barriers to education and professional development. With the support of our partners, we provide access to innovative knowledge - including practical learning, cutting-edge educational programs, and hands-on experience - empowering the next generation with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.
In this focus area, we invite partners who share our goal of inspiring and preparing future leaders by promoting knowledge sharing and skill development, ensuring young people are ready for future professions and empowered to build their careers with confidence. The foundation connects a network of businesses and entrepreneurs with the next generation of practitioners and leaders. We also encourage potential beneficiaries of this focus area to explore relevant initiatives on our website.
We aim for Lithuania to rank among the top 3 countries globally in education (PISA rankings), to reduce regional disparities among children worldwide, and to see Lithuania among the top 10 countries in the Global Innovation Index (WIPO).
Foster entrepreneurship
We support the growth of the entrepreneurship network and mentorship-driven initiatives towards better opportunities for youth to learn, create, and grow through entrepreneurship, led by our potential partners. We support the enterprising pursuits of creative and industrious individuals, fostering an ecosystem where risk is rewarded.
We believe economic potential and growth are limitless. This focus area aims to reduce barriers for young people entering the entrepreneurial path and to empower them to confidently bring their ideas to life. We work with dedicated partners to support young people — especially those seeking to build their own businesses or launch social initiatives.
Our goal is for every young person with an idea to have the tools, support, and connections needed for a successful start. In this area, we invite partners who believe in the power of youth entrepreneurship to strengthen communities and create long-term value. The foundation connects business leaders, creators, and innovators with the new generation of young entrepreneurs across Lithuanian communities in the United States, in Lithuania, and around the world.
Our ambition is to build a strong global network of young Lithuanian entrepreneurs and a rapidly growing startup ecosystem that will help increase the ICT sector’s contribution to Lithuania’s GDP to 20% by 2030.
Lithuanian culture preservation
Embracing our origins helps us shape a brighter future. We empower creators who preserve Lithuanian identity through culture and technology-driven projects with global aspirations.
This focus area is dedicated to strengthening the connection with Lithuania’s cultural heritage and its contemporary creative expressions. The foundation brings together creators, cultural organizations, diaspora leaders, and emerging talent to build a future in which Lithuanian culture is not only preserved but also expanding, evolving, and visible on the global stage.
We support partners who develop initiatives that promote the exploration, preservation, and creative expression of Lithuanian culture. Our goal is to strengthen cultural identity and connection to Lithuania among Lithuanian communities worldwide.
We seek international recognition and Lithuania’s inclusion in global creative innovation networks, ensuring that the stories and achievements of Lithuanian creators are published and celebrated across platforms worldwide.
