Who we are
We are a philanthropic foundation operating in the U.S. and Lithuania, established in 2023 by the co-founders of the former professional services company Devbridge, who contributed $10 million to the Foundation’s endowment.
What we do
By enabling ambitious partners in Lithuania and abroad, we support joint initiatives whose impact we see in children’s future career success and the strengthening of Lithuania’s international visibility and reputation. We provide annual funding for initiatives ranging from several thousand to several tens of thousands of euros.
Our mission is to empower Lithuanians around the globe to create measurable impact in Lithuania and beyond by expanding access to innovative knowledge, fostering entrepreneurship, and strengthening Lithuanian culture worldwide.

We expand access to innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge - in Lithuania and globally - by partnering with organizations that share this vision and have the tools to bring it to life.
Foster Youth entrepreneurship
We support the growth of the entrepreneurship network and mentorship-driven initiatives towards better opportunities for youth to learn, create, and grow through entrepreneurship, led by our potential partners. We support the enterprising pursuits of creative and industrious individuals, fostering an ecosystem where risk is rewarded.
Lithuanian culture preservation
Embracing our origins helps us shape a brighter future. We empower creators who preserve Lithuanian identity through culture and technology-driven projects with global aspirations.
Devbridge Foundation
The origin of the foundation traces its roots to 2008, a year in which a professional services firm started its operations in Chicago. After opening offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the team saw an opportunity to strengthen the skillset of university students by offering a highly competitive, free to attend academy (Sourcery Academy) that enabled participants to apply their skills to real world challenges for US clients. The program produced over 2,500 graduates over the course of last ten years.
Founding Members
The founding members are the original eight business partners from the professional services firm Devbridge. Upon the sale of business in 2021, this group of friends and business associates agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds and start Devbridge Foundation.
