Long-term social impact begins with conscious, open, and trust-based partnerships. The importance of collaboration between philanthropic foundations, businesses, and non-governmental organizations was discussed in an episode of the ACME Group podcast featuring Gintarė Dzindzelėtaitė-Kelmelė, Head of the Devbridge Foundation.
The conversation explored real-life partnership experiences, the expectations of different sectors, and ways to create meaningful collaborations that generate lasting and sustainable impact on society.
“A strong partnership is built on open dialogue, the ability to listen to one another, and the courage to acknowledge when goals have not been achieved. I believe some organizations still need to learn how to openly discuss their mistakes and support their impact claims with data. While this is not always easy, it is always possible. It is encouraging to see that non-governmental organizations are making significant progress in these areas,” says Gintarė Dzindzelėtaitė-Kelmelė.
The podcast also featured Sigita Paulauskienė, Head of the Team at the public institution ACME Geri Darbai, and Diana Bukantaitė, CEO of Jaunimo Linija (Youth Line). The discussion focused on the principles of effective collaboration, the importance of transparency, and the responsibility of organizations to achieve measurable impact.
