Future Creators was a flagship initiative funded and supported by Devbridge Foundation to empower girls and women—from young participants to their mothers and grandmothers—to explore and engage with the world of technology, creativity, and innovation. This project consisted of a series of free, hands-on creative technology workshops where participants gained programming, design, and entrepreneurship skills through interactive activities and real-world project work.
The primary aim of Future Creators was to break down barriers and challenge stereotypes that often limit girls’ engagement in tech fields, giving them the confidence and capabilities to envision themselves as creators and future leaders. Participants collaborated with experienced mentors, developed practical competencies, and built solutions to meaningful challenges, fostering both skills and self-belief.
The project brought together a diverse community of learners and role models, promoting mutual support and collective growth. In recognition of its impact in advancing gender equity in technology, Future Creators received the prestigious “Innovative Lithuania” award from the President of the Republic of Lithuania in 2024.
