The project "Creators of the Future" invited girls to take part in creative technology workshops

The project "Creators of the Future" invited girls, their mothers, and women of all ages, backgrounds, social statuses, and places of residence – including refugees – to take part in creative technology workshops.

The “Creators of the Future” project began as an initiative by the Devbridge team to provide girls with a free opportunity to gain technological skills and inspire them to boldly step into the world of innovation. Developed in partnership with the bit&Byte Creative Technology Academy, the program aims to promote gender equality in technology and nurture future female leaders.

Participants—including girls, their mothers, and grandmothers—learn programming, design, and entrepreneurship through interactive workshops and hands-on projects. This approach helps build practical skills and confidence essential for a successful career in technology.

The “Creators of the Future” initiative received high recognition and was awarded the 2024 Presidential Prize by President Gitanas Nausėda in the “Innovative Lithuania” category for its contribution to promoting gender equality and innovation in Lithuania. The project marks an important step toward a more inclusive and sustainable future, bringing together technology enthusiasts and businesses around a shared goal.
