The discussion “Is Children’s Education and Development Solely the Responsibility of Educational Institutions? The Role of Business” took place in the Proveržis Hall of the Education Code conference.
Among the discussion participants were Gintarė Dzindzelėtaitė-Kelmelė, CEO of the Devbridge Foundation; Robertas Dargis, Board Member of Education #1; Simona Laiconaitė, Head of the Tenoset Foundation; Vaiva Rutkauskaitė, Educational Programs Manager at #EnergySmartSTART; and Snieguolė Valiaugaitė, Director of the Communications and Corporate Affairs Department at Maxima LT.
“Education is a shared responsibility. Schools provide knowledge, but a young person’s values, self-confidence, and relationship with the world are shaped by a much broader environment—family, community, and business,” said Foundation CEO Gintarė following the discussion.
